Ravensword: Shadowlands

Ravensword brings unprecedented visuals to the role playing and adventure genre. Explore a vast and richly detailed world, gather powerful weapons, collect hundreds of items, increase your skills, and follow a deep storyline to solve the mysteries of the Kingdom of Tyreas. The game has received many comparison to open world role-playing games in the Elder Scrolls series of games, such as Skyrim. Combat has three main types, with exceptions. Two, melee and ranged, are equipment based. There are various melee and ranged combat styles. Each style has separate skills and equipment, that are individually trained. Magic also has different spells, but all are trained similarly using similar equipment and the same skills.

Player estimates

Nobody publishes how many people play Ravensword: Shadowlands, so these figures are modelled from the public counts on Google Play, App Store, Steam, Twitch. Each count stands in a roughly known ratio to a population — one Play rating per ~45 players, one Steam review per ~35 owners — and the estimates below combine those readings, weighted by how much each source can be trusted to speak for the whole game. Read the range as the answer and the headline as its middle.

Storyline

After the fall of Ravengard, the world descended into chaos. The Kingdom of Tyreas stood alone against a sea of dark elven invaders. The Ravensword was lost, and the dark times began. As a descendant of an ancient line of kings, you alone have the power to wield the Ravensword again and restore that which was lost.

Frequently asked questions

How many people play Ravensword: Shadowlands?

We estimate that about 13,000 people have played Ravensword: Shadowlands — plausibly between 6.6K and 26K. Around 660 of them play on a given day, in a range of 66 and 3.9K. Both figures are modelled from public counts on Google Play, App Store, Steam and Twitch rather than published by the developer, so read them as a scale rather than as a headcount.

Is Ravensword: Shadowlands still active?

Yes. Ravensword: Shadowlands is holding steady — it measured within a percent of where it was a week ago. We recheck every source daily, and the charts on this page show each platform's readings over time.

How are the Ravensword: Shadowlands player estimates worked out?

Nobody publishes player counts for mobile games, so we infer them. Each public count we can read is converted into a population using a documented ratio — roughly one Google Play rating per 45 people who played, one Steam review per 35 owners, one Discord member per 40 players — and the live counts (Steam concurrents, members online, Twitch viewers) are converted the same way into a daily figure. Those separate estimates are then averaged in proportion to how much each source can be trusted, which is why sources that disagree widen the published range instead of cancelling out. This page is built on 2 readings taken since August 8, 2026.

When was Ravensword: Shadowlands released?

Ravensword: Shadowlands was released on December 6, 2013 for Android and iOS.
